General frequently asked questions

No guests please!! Due to sanitation, space and overall time of the appt. Bringing a guest can be very distracting at times and I do my best to make my environment welcoming and comfortable for each client!

• I am in the office Tuesday. Thursday, Saturday and  2 Sunday.'s out of the month 
• I am off Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.
• I start my day at 11am and usually my last appointment of the day is at 3. I try to accommodate with evenings sometimes but the lighting in the office past 5pm isn’t the best for tattooing.

• For deposits I only accept Zelle and Venmo, which you can find at the bottom of the booking form.
• The day of your appointment I can take Zelle, Venmo, or card. I do not accept Apple Pay
• Card will be a  2% charge 

I work best with a schedule. So there will be no walk ins for tattoos unless I state otherwise on my Instagram story for a specific day. 

• I totally understand that life happens and sometimes you run late especially if it’s a new area and office. If you are going to be 10-15 minutes late and you give me a heads up, that should be no problem with continuing the appointment. But if you are 15 minutes late with no heads up, upon arrival you will be rescheduled and a new deposit will have to be taken. 
• No call no shows will be blacklisted, as this is how I make a living and I could’ve held that appointment for someone else.  I am super stern on this, so please just reach out bc I am also very understanding:)

Usually I am working back to back or if I leave a space in my schedule it is to get things done or eat in between my clients. Please do not arrive early, unless I have reached out to you to do so!

Luckily I still work beside the best brow/lip artist! Tiffany, the owner of The Ink Clinic will gladly continue your annuals, please just mention you were a client of mine!

I will not tattoo a minor, even with parent consent.

• Large neck tattoo
• Face

Fine line tattoos are done with smaller needle groupings, leaving a very minimalistic look compared to traditional style. Less ink goes into the skin so over time as your white blood cells break down the ink, you will notice blank spots within your line work of the tattoo. All tattoos distort in their own way, fine line just fades more than your average traditional style tattoo.. 

Fine line tattoos essentially create less trauma to the skin leaving it to heal slightly quicker. Especially if it is mainly line work and minimal shading, you will feel texture of the area but you will not have the peeling stage of the tattoo. Other than that it is very similar to traditional tattoos, please go to the Pre/After care tab to read more info on how to prepare for your appointment and what to expect afterwards!

Since my style is fine line and delicate, i find that my work is not sufficient enough for cover ups. 

• If you are looking to get a sticker sleeve, I require a consult first. Please refer to the booking form.
• Consults are typically handled over text once I reach out regarding your booking form. Please make sure to give as much detail as possible!
• If you have a bigger, detailed piece that you feel as though it would be better to book a consult then we can definitely do so. Please fill out a booking form and make note consult wanted.

I do not send designs prior to the appointment. I do accommodate the day of if any changes need to be made. I can add or take away elements of the design but if it needs to completely changed from what we discussed during booking, we will need to reschedule with a new deposit. 

• Yes! Usually the first touch up is free depending on a few things. I always ask for a picture prior to scheduling the touch up. If a touch up is needed and I feel as though as fee is required itll just be a set up fee $25

Under the pricing tab, there are few references for size and price. That is a range, depending on placement, size and detail it can change. But for the most part those price ranges are pretty accurate. I will communicate if the tattoo is outside of that already given range. 

• Comfy is key! Depending the placement of the tattoo, wear loose fitting clothing that I am able to move around.  Examples are:
• Rib/back/sternum/arm: A bralette and loose fitted shirt. I provide nipple pasties if needed. 
• Leg/thigh/ankle: Shorts, or pants that you can roll up, shoes you can take off.
• Hip: Bikini bottoms that have strings,  shorts that can easily be moved around.
